Inference Marketing:


This is a phrase we have used since the company was founded to describe a way of inferring something about your customers from their actions. If you carry out an action, can measure the reaction then you can tailor your response.


Offer a guest at a party an appetizer. If they smile - infer that they want one. If they scowl - infer that they don't and offer them something else. Seems so simple!


Up until recently there was no way for the average marketeer to put together campaigns that really leverage inference. With low cost video and sophisticated low cost marketing tools everyone can get into the game.
