The Academy is founded on the premise that owners want results; they want action and learning to keep their edge and ultimately achieve their goals. Held at Babson College, the Owners’ Academy emerges from and is supported by The Boston Exit Planning Exchange (XPXBoston.com), a 501(c) 6 professional association committed to empowering the business owner’s team of trusted advisors to be more collectively effective in their service to owners.

The Owners’ Academy introduces owners to a curriculum of best practices, which is gathered and organized by the multi-disciplinary practitioners in XPXBoston.  The Academy is more than recurring peer-to-peer education opportunities and best practices; it is also built on multiple learning platforms, including an online knowledge center, webinars, blogs and in-person learning experiences..
