James Ringrose - President & CST (Chief Story Teller)
James has over 30 years experience in high-tech marketing. He has run everything from a public company to a large marketing department with a multi-million dollar budget. James writes (and records) extensively on communications, marketing, imaging and new marketing trends. Most importantly James' specialty is telling a company's story. Matching an organization's messaging with it's intended audience, he has an uncanny knack of creating powerful compelling and effective campaigns. In addition, he is a very strong advocate for consumer rights and ethics in business and devotes a significant part of his energies to charitable work.
Pia Proal - Vice President Sales and Marketing

As a successful Boston business woman, Pia brings a unique viewpoint to our business. She is an experienced and effective business development executive who is tasked with growing our strategic relationships both in New England and nationally.

Pia encourages women in business and shares her entrepreneurial skill freely with others just starting out in business.
Tom Ribeiro - Lead Videographer

Tom graduated from Full Sail University with a BS degree in film. He is a videographer/editor who has worked on a variety of commercial and public service projects. Tom has been involved in independent productions in a number of locations including New England and Florida. Acting as lead videographer for RC-TV productions, Tom is responsible for managing the technical aspects of the company's varied projects and ensuring a that we deliver a professional and high-quality product.
Stephen D. Potischman - Managing Partner New England

Stephen is responsible for running the company's New England operation. He is a highly experienced and successful sales professional who brings a customer focused attitude to our selling team.

Stephen also operates both the New England sales team and oversees our local staff of movie directors who work directly with Real Cool TV customers to complete their projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Colleen Bradley-MacArthur Regional Account Manager
Colleen is a proud Bostonian and Emerson College grad with ten years of experience with broadcast and non-broadcast video productions; web content creation; and instructional design, providing a blend of multimedia expertise. A self-confessed media geek, she enjoys combining media elements to create effective marketing within the social media space. She's ecstatic to be out networking and building relationships for Real Cool TV.  
Kate Duffy Business Development Manager
Kate brings over 20 years experience in business development to Real Cool TV as a Professional Business Coach, Small Business Owner and Recruiter. Kate’s unique talent lies in pulling your business goals and objectives out of you quickly and helping you to create an action plan, strategically using video, to widely spread your message to those who need to hear it. Kate’s ability to listen to your business essence and help you communicate it with impact will improve you communication to external and internal customers!
Danny Verrochi - Managing Partner

Danny is responsible for business development and building our large accounts division. He is an experienced and successful business owner who brings a real flair to our management team.
